Orders and Shipping
We will ship your products either through Courier and Transport. Our courier partner will directly deliver the products at your shipping address. For transport, you have to go and pick up the products from transport provider’s location. Transport shipping will cost less than the courier.
You can choose either Courier or Transport. The shipping charge is added extra to the sale price.
You will receive your order in 8 days from the date of order placement. If we don’t have stocks for a specific product, our sales manager will update you.
All our products includes extra 18% GST.

For Car & Bike covers, you can order with model and make of the car and bike. We will provide an exact size.
For Tarpaulin sheets, you must measure and give us the right square feet and GSM (thickness).
We are making Tarpaulin sheets, Car and Bike Covers. We are using German made machines for Tarpaulin sheets.
Car & Bike covers are hand made by Rural Woman Employees. We are procuring 80% material from India and 20% outside India.
Yes, you will receive all your item in one package.

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
The Goods must be returned to us within 7 days on receipt of the goods at our site with valid reason of non acceptance.
You must return Items:
- with both goods and all packaging in their original condition.
- securely wrapped.
- including our delivery slip.
- at your risk and cost.
In our end, we always do double quality check on each and every products that we sent to our customers.
If you see, parcel is damaged during transport or any defects, please record a video while opening a package and report us the damage and share the video immediately to our sales person.
If you report the issue 1 day after the delivery, we will not take back the item.
Our sales manager will keep in touch with you in WhatsApp or SMS or Email from order placement till delivery. You can reach them for any queries.

You can inform shipping address changes as soon as possible to our support mobile number or email. If we already shipped the item, we can’t cancel the shipping.
You can cancel the order before the shipping. Once it is shipped, we don’t accept the cancellation.
Yes, you can pre-order the item even if it is sold out. We will send you the item once it is available.
